She was very professional and incredibly kind to all of my children. Our prior concerns about having a stranger come into our home vanished as we knew immediately that we would be in the very best hands with Analia Home Health Care Services.
Analia HHCS handled all the necessary insurance billing and paperwork. The nurse was always punctual and had excellent communication with us. Our daughter bonded with her nurse and always looking forward to her visits. Much of the worry, confusion and burden of our child’s special medical care was relieved because of Analia Home Health Care. Our Entire family benefited from their help.
I have often heard other families with medically fragile children complain about how difficult their nursing agencies are, and how much stress is actually added to their lives because of their nursing company.

Analia Home Health Care Services, LLC has been taking care of my child who has a complex medical history (Trach and GJ-Tube) since February 2013 he was 6 months old. He is now 5 year old and thriving so well.
After having a bad experience from another Agency she immediately came to our rescue. We talked on the phone and then she was there the next night to watch my baby. From the very first moment of meeting her I could tell the compassion and expertise she has for these sick children. She and her staff are attentive to the many needs that I expect for the care of my child. Any situation that may arise she immediately takes care of it and solves the issue that very same day. The Nurse Manager brings knowledge about all aspects of the field of nursing.
The Nurse manager and her staff are very prompt and if one may be late, even 5-10 minutes, she will call or text to let you know so that you are not waiting or wondering.
The care for my child has been remarkable. Since we did have experience with another company we know what the minimum can be and she brings a lot more than that. She and her nurses have visited my child at the hospital when he was admitted to check on him and see how he was doing. That is because the nurses care about their clients and it is just not a paycheck.
The nurses always clean up after themselves and clean my child’s room and stock supplies before leaving for the day.
The nurses play with my child, pick him up, read to him, rock him and interact with him on a daily basis when he is not sleeping.
The nurses are very reliable, trustworthy and competent in there nursing kills.
If there is a problem you can call or text the Nurse manager anytime day or night she will respond immediately. Analia HHCS staffing rate is unremarkable. My child has 112 hours per week. He gets a nurse 95-100% of the time. If for some reason I don’t have a nurse for part of the day I know they have tried everything possible.
Analia Home Health Care Services treats her clients and staff with respect.
Overall I would highly recommend this smaller family based Nursing Company to anyone and I am much more satisfied with Analia HHCS than a larger Company.
